It is our intention to provide the best service to our customers and we aim to ensure that any service standards which are agreed with our customers in advance are then applied and delivered in a responsive manner.
Our senior staff members manage a team of office-based claims management professional located at our Wakefield office along with a team of our own home-based senior loss adjusters strategically located around the UK enabling us to be responsive to situations which require attendance wherever they may be.
The business has an adjusting office in Purley in South London which also serves as our administration centre.

Technical Services Director (Liability)
Karen began her career in insurance in 1987, over the years handling a full range of liability claims. Having worked for AGF and McLarens Toplis, Karen joined CMSL in 2004, which became part of Davies in 2017. Karen joined Warwick in June 2020 and brings with her a wealth of liability experience. As well as handling her own caseload, Karen has responsibility for technical training and mentoring other team members.
Technical Services Director (Property)
Debbie began her insurance career in 1982, joining NEM Insurance, initially handling property and motor claims and thereafter, EL, PL and Personal Accident claims.
She began working for AGF Insurance in 1992, where she handled predominantly EL and PL personal injury claims. In 1997 she commenced working in a TPA environment for loss adjusting firms, McLarens Toplis, Capita McLarens, Crawfords, CMSL and Davies Group where she continued to handle EL and PL personal injury claims for various Clients.
Debbie recently joined Warwick Claims Ltd as a Senior Claims Technician in February 2021, to bolster our claims management services provision, handling her own personal caseload in line with Company Procedures and Client Service Level Agreements.

Jan has 30 years’ experience in handling accounts and admin, including working at board level for a major construction company. Jan has good experience of working in customer-facing roles and uses that to our advantage as an adjuster assistant.
Liability Field Services
Director
Martin has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry, having begun his career in 1975 as a claims inspector with the Iron Trades. He opened RH Lister and Others (Syndicate 657) Leeds office in 1997, where he was responsible for new business development, underwriting and claims management. Martin entered the world of loss adjusting in 1990 as a regional manager for McLarens. In 1998 he joined the full board of McLarens Toplis, becoming Operations Director in 2000.
Martin formed CMSL, a multi-class P&C claims handling TPA and loss adjusting company, in 2001, where he was Managing Director until selling the company to Davies Group in 2017 and joining Warwick in May 2020 as a Director.
David’s career in insurance began with the CIS as a Claims Handler in 1988, before joining McLarens Toplis as a Liability Adjuster in 1998. David has worked as a Liability Adjuster with Woodgate & Clarke, amongst others, and joined Sedgwick International UK in 2018 as a Senior/Major & Complex Liability Adjuster. David has a wide range of experience in handling complex liability claims, including EL, PL, Products, PI, Med Mal, CAR and Construction liability.
David has recently joined Warwick as a Senior Liability Adjuster.
After completing a Law Degree (LLB), Marcus gained insurance litigation experience working for an international law firm, specialising in litigated defendant employers’ liability, public liability and motor liability claims.
Anthony is an experienced liability specialist who began his adjusting career with Garwyn Group in April 1997 handling employers’ liability, public liability, RTA and products liability claims for a range of clients, primarily in the London market.
He joined Hill Dickinson in 2013 and more recently, Robertson & Co as a fraud and liability investigation specialist, based in the North West. Anthony joined Warwick as an adjuster in January 2021.
Property Field Services
Director
Peter is a chartered loss adjuster with over 40 years’ claims experience dealing with major first party property and third party property work from Public, Products and Professional Indemnity claims. Peter started his career with Commercial Union before venturing into loss adjusting in the mid-1980s. Peter has worked for small UK practices and also larger international businesses, before starting up Warwick approximately 10 years ago.
Michael is an Australian National and is an experienced Heavy Property Engineering, CAR and Business Interruption adjuster. In addition to normal Fire and Peril losses, Michael has significant experience of losses arising from natural catastrophes involving flooding, extreme weather losses and cyclones. Michael has significant experience in handling of major losses.
Geoff is a skilled loss adjusting professional and, having started his career with the Royal Insurance, has now been a loss adjuster for over 40 years. Geoff is an experienced Commercial Property and Business Interruption specialist.
Chris’s career in insurance began with the AON as a Claims Handler in 2000, before moving into the Loss Adjusting arena in 2001 joining Cunningham Lindsey.
Previously, Chris has worked as a Property Adjuster with GAB Robins, amongst others, and joined Carmichaels in 2018 as a Senior Commercial Loss Adjuster.
Chris has a wide range of experience in handling complex claims including Commercial Material Damage, Business Interruption, as well as Public and Product Liability losses. Chris joined Warwick as an adjuster in March 2020.
Henry is an experienced insurance professional and has been involved in the handling of both property and property-related liability losses for nearly 15 years.
Previously, Henry has gained extensive experience in fraud investigation techniques as well as motor/commercial motor losses and policy interpretation.
Most recently, Henry has spearheaded single-incident multi-claimant catastrophe property losses with a loss-fund in excess of £1,000,000.
