This bespoke and in-depth service provides detailed technical advice and recommendations from the senior adjusting team under the supervision of CILA- qualified adjusters.

The Technical Services team based at our Wakefield office is a dedicated team of office based claims technicians capable of handling a full range of commercial, property and liability claims with the support of our dedicated field adjusters.

This services includes the investigation, negotiation and settlement/repudiation of claims, including the management of litigation where required.

The team is happy to work with a delegated authority and under service level agreements agreed with our clients.

 We are also able to administer funds where required to facilitate the swift payment of claims on behalf of our clients.

The claims handling service is supported by our bespoke web based claims management system, which allows secure, real-time access to a wide range of functionality and benefits.

Clients are able to access claims records via the internet at any time to ascertain the present position of any individual case or details across an entire account.

In addition, the system can provide detailed management information tailored to the clients’ requirements.
